Bitlax Smart provides three main subscription tiers:

How Billing Works
- Billing Cycle: All subscriptions renew monthly.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and crypto payments (BTC, ETH).
- Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Receipts: You’ll receive an invoice by email after each payment.
Checking Your Plan Status
- Log into your Bitlax Smart dashboard.
- Click Settings > Subscription.
- Here you’ll see:
- Current plan
- Renewal date
- Active payment method
- Upgrade options
Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan
You can change your subscription anytime:
- Go to Subscription Settings.
- Click Change Plan.
- Select your new plan.
- Confirm the change.
Note:
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancelling Your Subscription
If you wish to cancel:
- In Subscription Settings, click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
- You’ll retain access until the end of your paid period.
After that, your bots will pause, and your data will be retained for 90 days.
Viewing Billing History
For records or accounting:
- Navigate to Settings > Billing History.
- You can:
- View all past invoices.
- Download receipts in PDF format.
- Track payments by date and amount.
